Because our products may include handmade or artisan-made items, minor differences in print, color, texture, or finish are normal and are not considered defects (each piece may be unique).

Orders, Cancellations & Refusal of Service

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier; however, we will assist with tracking and escalation where possible.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties/taxes and customs procedures imposed by the destination country, which can affect delivery time and total cost.

Returns & Refunds
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging (where applicable).
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item shipped).
